Marie Guerrier Allen ‘s specialty is in making sense of numbers, particularly finances. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management at the University of Missouri-Rolla. She then completed her Juris Doctoris (law degree) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Louis University. While completing her advanced degrees, she worked for a fortune 100 company where her contributions were in the areas of Business and Process Optimization.

On a personal note, I prepared my first budget at 4 years old and submitted it to my Dad. At that time, I realized that the premise of my budget was wrong. Over the years, my strategy changed and continued to evolve and deepened my understanding and love for numbers. That understanding when properly applied allows us to be accountable with our resource and talents to produce a better self and a better universe.
